First visit, the whip cream that topped off my drink melted and revealed a cup only at most 2/3 full of liquid. I drove back and... they didn?t seem surprised to see me and replaced the drink. Second visit today I ordered with no whip cream and instead my hotchocolate was topped off with at least an inch of foam. Go to a different Caribou. This location has employees who are apatheticand don?t care if they completely rip you off. I didn?t pay over $5 for an inch of foam topping on a drink that is not supposedto come with foam. Nice new cabin. So convenient getting to Shakopee and points beyond. The drive-up is somewhat complicated to get to.

This location is sub-par to any Caribou coffee I?ve ever been to. Last week I stopped in the drive thru for a dark roast coffee... with half and half?they served it cold! I parked and walked up to the window where they were happy to fix the issue so I felt toneed to leave a review, however today I order the same dark roast with half and half and am told they only have light roast -served lukewarm this time. Chain coffee shops have procedures employees are supposed to follow in order to provide consistency.It appears this location prefers to throw them out the window and wing it. Read more
