Not only was I being laughed at and made fun of by the workers because I messed up my order, but the boba was not good at all.... It was not boiled enough and was seriously hard enough to break a tooth. They also were out of almost all of their flavors ofboba. I would not recommend this place at all. Read more
By far worse experience I?ve had. From the rude young cashier with the cap braces and glasses not sure what anyone?s name was... because no one wore a name tag to their friends standing on the side of the register while she checked us out distracting her.To the young man that wiped his sweat then proceeded to make the ice cream. No one was pleasant at all. The cashier had her armscrossed the entire time and then turned around to get on her cell phone. The other young lady rolled her eyes the entire timewith the head wrap and whispered with coworkers. Just rude. The supervisor or manager on duty young Caucasian lady was rude aswell. The cookies and crackers in the ice cream was stale and everyone looked so uncoordinated as a whole it bothered me. If itwas for my daughter really wanting the ice cream I would have left the establishment. Everyone needs customer service trainingand certainly don?t need their friends hanging in the establishment just to sit and crowd the side of the register while peopleare ordering. I wish I didn?t have to give a star at all but this was not a great experience at all. Read more
I've been to better establishments. The ice cream did not carry the named flavor at all. Georgia Peach was pure vanilla. Limited... to three toppings which are very skimpy. Definitely not worth the price. Staff was not friendly and half of them on their phone. Read more
