If I could rate lower than one star, I would. For the second time in the last three weeks I *attempted* to order delivery from... this location. For the second time in the last three weeks I cancelled my order from this location after more than an hourwaiting, while the app kept reminding me my order was ?quality checked? roughly 15 mins after placing my order. They areobviously understaffed - or else severely mismanaged. If you can?t adhere to/live up to company advertised standards, then whatare you doing? If you can?t deliver - then shut down delivery for the night. Instead, clearly for weeks now, you just deliverwhat I can only assume to be cold, substandard products. Read more
I don't know who to blame. Order was simple, but yet wrong. I knew once I wasn't talking to someone in the store on the phone it... was going downhill. Called back to get my order correct and spent over an hour on the phone waiting only to hang up and callright back and they answered after I chose to place a new order. The person taking the call lied to me about giving the phone # directly to the store and so many other things. Read more
I?ve already given up trying to order delivery from here since it takes so long to receive your order (which I understand due to... short staffing they can?t control that). So I order carry out usually but even then it?s terrible. Every time I order there isat least one thing wrong with my order. It?s simple mistakes that are due to a lack of care or attention from employees (Iworked at a dominos for nearly three years so I would know how easy these mistakes are to correct) and half the time my order iswrong because someone wasn?t paying attention and they have to end up remaking it. My family was hosting an event with many children and so we required 20 pizzas. Unfortunately the wait online was 3 hours, so we... went down to the store and informed the lady working at the desk about our situation. She paused all current work and all thestaff did our order and managed to finish it in approximately 15 minutes. Outstanding service. Definitely would return. Read more

Delivery order was wrong, I called and was told id have to drive to the store. They "fixed" my order by giving me a pizza that... looked like it came out of the trash. Food subpar and customer service is worse. Owner came in while I was in the store anddidn't care when told about the problem, he was more worried about a delivery driver not wearing his hat.
