Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed a bad smell which completely turned me off but since I was with 5 other people that... really wanted to eat here we stayed. There was a waiting list which ended up lasting for more than an hour which was expectedsince it was a Saturday evening. The final straw that made me leave was not only a foul smell lingering the restaurant but alsothe guy that was taking names & coughing all over the place without a mask on. First off, this place STINKS. Literally. Instead of greeted with the delicious smell of steaks and scrumptious food, your nose... will be offended by a smell of musty once wet and still dirty carpet. Secondly, the food was lackluster. It didn't have muchpresentation, it looked like it was thrown on the plate by a short order cook. I've seen a Waffle House plate put togetherbetter. Although we are all paying more for just about everything, I expect what I do pay for to still be commensurate and thetaste just wasn't. Lastly, I asked about the $10 Old Fashion and what kind of whiskey was in. I was told Buffalo Trace (goodchoice) but they were out of it, so they were just using Makers Mark. Really?! and you are still going to charge ten buck forthat? No thanks. The patrons of Savannah deserve better LongHorn. Grabbed a take out order while we were staying at a nearby hotel. I got there early and received good service from the... bartender. My order was ready on time, however the ranch dressing was missing for the salad, so my wife had salad with nodressing. 3 stars because while I was waiting there were 2 other take out customers I heard complaining to the manager thattheir order was late/incorrect.
