me and my boys were so excited to grab a delicious sonic lunch.We have been in the car for 30+ hours. we are tired. we spent an... HOUR here. step by step. first, the pull ins weren?t an option. Okay, fair, not a deal breaker. We got through drive, easy,simple. Wrong. Now, we know our order for four people isn?t the smallest, we got three meals. We planned out exactly what wewanted. Told the drive through, little bit of wait there not too bad. We pay and they tell us to pull up a little. Okay, fine,we get it, it takes a second to get our order made you know? We?re fine we can wait. So we wait. And wait. And wait. the carbehind us, gets their food. fine, maybe we had a little more, I don?t know. we wait and wait. Until. GLORY GLORY HALLELUJAH. Ourfood!!!! The joy!!! (Wrong). We are missing half our order. Sigh. Completely missed our drinks. Missed a side. Got a side wrong.No silverware. Fine. We get it, everyone in our vehicle has worked customer service. We get it. But. It took us,,, four times,,,and an hour of waiting total, to correct our order. We almost gave up. They should burn this place down and start over. 49 min, 3 drinks none of them ate right 2. This had to be a joke, we finally... took the horrible sodas and left. I waited in this drive through for literally 30 minutes. It was not busy at all and the customer service was awful. The food was... on the lower end when it comes to Sonics. Will not be back. When I came to the drive through window the employees were laughingand goofing off with each other, which was very frustrating considering I was now late for work. Oh, and I was told that theyweren?t making slushees today. This is sonic, that?s what you?re known for.. UPDATE: made it to the window and was asked to?pull forward.? Have been waiting an additional 15 minutes before I stopped an employee who said ?I?ll go in and make it rightnow.? Total wait time was almost an hour. If I could give this Sonic a 0, I would. Simple order at the drive through turned into chaos! Employees screaming into the... speaker at you then laughing about it in the background. It took 3 employees to finally get our order wrong again. The cashierstated it was just ?$19.87 then charged us 21.99 ??? So, because "I don't know how to cancel a payment, I'll just give you$2.60. we shake our head cus the math is wrong!! We waited for over 10 minutes our order was wrong of course!
