We have been blessed to be served by Jessie every time we have been here. We are from Charleston, and make the shirt trip to... Savannah specifically for dining at this The Melting Pot. The atmosphere is perfect for a romantic date. I can only rate Jessiebecause he is the only person we have had the honor of hosting us for our past several trips; my SO and I were engaged here, andwe spend our anniversaries here. Jessie is an excellent host, funny and pleasant to be around server, great mixologist, andtimes servings with the greatest expertise. My husband and I go here about once a year for the 4 course dinner and we always have a great time. The experience is fun and... the food is delicious. The owner is usually in the restaurant and has always been very nice to us. It?s pricier than some otherplaces, but you?re also paying for the experience and ambiance, which we enjoy. The Flaming Turtle chocolate fondue is alwaysthe highlight for me, and their Blackberry Sage Lemonade is delicious. Read more
Great fun experience. Server was very attentive and made it super easy to learn what to do. However, in a city that is about... tourist, there was a lack of workers. I think this might be because they refuse to pay them more. Savannah is an expensive cityand we stood in the lobby for 10 mins before anyone came by. Most of the restaurant was empty. Leopolds is right next door witha line half way down the block, the pricing is attractive. I can only guess they cannot get enough workers. Read more
