Took forever to take my order at microphone when there were only 2 cara in drive thru at night. Finally took my order and I... pulled up to pay behind other car. As I waited I could see directly through the first window before you get to the pay windowand the line staff was walking to the back and came back to the front with lettuce in his bare hands to make sandwiches with asthe manager was walking and talking with him the entire time. His hands weren't clean at all because he was touching everythingon the way back to the cooler. I finally got to the window and I was now the only one in line...it took the cashier 3 mins toopen the window and acknowledge me and I'm guessing it was because he had his headphones in his ear taking a personal call thatwas more important than the customer, he then opened the window and asked me what was my order which is weird because how canyou confuse and order when there was only 2 cars as he told me he just wanted to make sure he had the right one on the screen inregards to the other car that had just pulled out before me..idk if he was high or what but he was definitely lacking in thecommon sense department. I began to tell him my order and then he said okay I got the right one and he said give him a minuteand closed the window before I could even inform them that I no longer wanted my food because of what I had saw..he eventuallyopened the window back and I cancelled the order pulling off not giving him time to accept anything I said as they were lazy,nasty and unprofessional at every turn. Great burgers , chicken sandwiches and baked potatoes- I don?t really care for french fries, but that?s just my personal taste
It's fast food. Food was as good as you'd expect. Service was fast and friendly. It's a good stop for a bite!
Wendys is a true fast food. I have stopped going to McDonald's because 9 out of 10 Times I'm asked to pull forward and wait. And... not for special orders. Wendys rarely asks me to pull forward and wait and the food is always fresh and hot. Read more

I had to stand and wait for a very long time before the lady at the window could take my order. I would have given the service 2... stars because the lady was nice, but then she started asking where the lobby cashier was and another customer said she overheardher saying she was leaving "to get groceries." So, the window lady started complaining about that and saying it didn't make anysense because they didn't need any groceries. So, the cashier left without properly communicating her intentions to hercoworkers and without valid reasons. The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh and delicious, and the woman was nice.
