The store expected me to wait ten (10) minutes for a milkshake that was due 4 minutes prior to my arrival. The manager had to... step in and tell the cashier to just make the milkshake. This location shouldn?t take pick-up/delivery orders unless they canhandle the volume. He even had to add more ice cream to the shake because he didn?t know what he was doing with it.
