They give you so much ice cream oh my god, I normally get larges at other places but I wasn't hungry so I got a medium and it... was so much I couldn't finish it, beautiful swirl and perfect sprinkles. Very bad service! My group of 7 arrived and ordered tonight at the window at 8.40, at 9 we had waited and watched 3 other groups... (who had arrived after us!) get their ice cream. We finally went up to the counter to ask what was going on, and the girls atthe counter refused to even make eye contact with us, instead opting to ignore us and continue to serve ice cream to peoplebehind us! Finally I asked if they had our orders at all, turns out they had dropped our ticket on the ground earlier, and noneof them thought to double check and ask what we were standing there waiting for (for 25 minutes at that point). One person in mygroup wanted a certain flavor (coffee heath) and the girl at the counter served it instead to her family who was, again, in lineafter us. We finally got our ice cream after 30+ minutes of waiting. Service was terrible, Ice cream was aight. 1.4/5 stars. Read more

Amazing and delicious even in 59 degree weather. The girls working the counter were quick and the line of like, 15 people in... front of us were all served really quickly!
