Went with the family and ordered a few whoppers and a couple of chicken sandwiches. Took the order home only to find out that... it's missing a couple of whoppers and one of the chicken sandwiches. Tried calling, was directed to an answering machine thatwas not set up. Drove back to the store, got the rest of the order, only after asking for an apology did I get one. Got home,only to find out that the burgers had very minimal toppings and all the burgers were over cooked/burnt, as well as the chickensandwiches. First and last time I visit this location. Took fastfood to another level. Poorly cooked burgers and stale vegetable toppings. The service was bad as it was over an hour... before closing and the turban dude did not want to serve me my milkshake since he cleaned the machine. Just minutes ago ordered Spicy Pesto chicken in a meal and chocolate Sundae via Uber eats. Didn't received chocolate sundae,... burger was cold, poutine was delivered only in namesake quantity that is it was barely there. No tissues or straw provided. Thishas happened twice now....making a note of ordering anything from this store. Whoever prepared the meal just wanted it to be theworst meal ever for someone. Unsure how I feel about this location. If you order off the menu without any modifications and are very direct about your order... 9/10 times you will get your food prepared and cooked properly.
