Chaiiwala, mainly recognized for its Chai Tea and All Day Indian Breakfast, also has a large selection of Summer Drinks now. ... The UK-based cafe now has 3 locations in Scarborough & Mississauga. Last winter, the Scarborough location was my go-to placefor the Pink Chai and Kadak Chai. This Summer, we checked out almost all of the Summer Drink Series of Chaiiwala. We arerecommending everyone try all of them. Each drink had its unique taste with the perfect amount of sweetness. The desserts arealways nice and light, not overpowering! Everything is under $10. The employees are knowledgeable about the menu and acknowledgefood preferences. Lots of parking spaces around at the Scarborough location. The masala omelette in the bun and roti tasted great! Was just $4 and each topping was $0.40 - overall amazing prices. The... karak chai and chai with mint are a must try for people that like strong chai/tea. The limbu pani was the only thing we didn'tenjoy, tasted more of water and had a very mild flavour of lime/lemon. The placed looks great! Me and my family went there for chai. Really loved their place, items, european style decoration and service. We had their most... selling chai. Got the exact flavor of Indian chai that I had in India. They should put less sugar in their regular chai, and itis a suggestion from my side. Apart from that, really loved the gathering and line for the coffee. There were many people fromBangladesh, India, Pakistan and few Canadian as well. This review is based on the fact that they are basically a cafe. I ordered a karak chai, French vanilla chai, Karachi bun kebab,... and a kabab roll. Their chai was fantastic although a bit small for a regular. Their bun kebab tasted good as did the kebabroll. They both very small though, and not at all filling. More snacks with chai than a meal. They had good hospitality, fastservice, and a clean place. As a cafe run by Muslims serving halal food, this place was great. We been coming here quite often, mostly for weekend brunch. But for some odd reason, their service keep getting worst. Specially... today I ordered our meals for dine in, and the server is consistently showing attitude, most of the time I overlook it, but justcouldn?t do it today. What really bothered me is when I asked for receipt, she took the money, gave me back my change, then shesend it to print and pointed me the machine and asked me to get it myself, when it was more closer to her than me. The reasonwhy we often come here, is because the price is reasonable, but if the service continues to go down the way it is, we might haveto pick a different restaurant.
