The quality of the chicken and fries has gone down since the pandemic. Fries also look thinner too and they don?t give as much... anymore. Read more
so accommodating to my ordered food...and got extra biscuits for take out! yaaayy!!
Not bad but it?s kinda at the same level as KFC.
Love the breading and seasoning they use for the fried chicken and at a good price point. Got the 10 pc dark meat chicken for... two people. They were ALL DRY. The dark meat had a texture of white meat and was drier than white meat. We were planning tohave some leftovers for the next day. No longer looking forward to it and might have to throw it away. Being so dry, I'd haveto say that it wasn't oily at all. But I'll rather have it a bit oily just to get the MOIST. The service was fast, but Isuspect the food was cooked ahead of time and left under the heat lamp/warmer for too long. Please stop doing this. But if youdo anyway, please have a quality standard and not sell pieces left under the lamp for too long. I know some people like quick,but I'd be willing to wait for freshly made moist chicken. Would come back and will probably just get individual meals, so ifits dry, I'll be less disappointed. Read more

Love Chick N Joy but this location cut back a lot on the fries. The box is no where near being full anymore.
