I had a burrito bowl yesterday at the location. I was really hungry when i went in and Jose made me a bowl that was very tasty... and also huge. Placed an order on skip the dishes, received a dry burrito with dry pulled pork. I called mid day, when the manager was in and... they told me to come in person and they would make a fresh one for free. Fast forward 2 weeks, and I come in and I have this kidin the front giving me the run around about I need my refund on skip and they can?t do anything. Rather then re make me a newone, we sat and argued for 5 mins. If this is the customer service you guys run I?m out. Much better value food in this areathen this place. Consumer beware.
