One of the best places known for their quantites and best food quality. The fish was very well fried inside out. Khandhar khebab... was so juicy and tender. Tandoori chicken kebabs were the best ones I ever had cooked to perfection. The Chapli was one of myfavorites too I tried the beef version got some good spice in their. The sauces are a must for every bite but I liked the redone which was like a tomoto chutney. It's really a busy spot but the ambiance was good. 10/10 Experience Overall. Read more
Kandahar Kabab usually serves good food but this branch on Markham Road did not meet their usually high standards. Chapli kabab... is supposed to be beef... but they had chicken only! And it was SPICY. Since when did Afghan food become spicy?!?!??? Ruined aperfect outing and gave me an upset stomach the next day. The fish we ordered was liquified inside.. yuck...!!! We tried Boldac kabab, Kandahar kabab and Karak kabab. Food was very delicious. I am not sure about few negative comments... regarding rude hosts/cashiers. What I observed was that it is a self serve restaurant, you select your seats, relax, you checkyour menu on your mobile (qr code provided), order at the cashier, go back and have chat with your friends while food isprepared, they call your token number, you collect food, enjoy it. Didn't feel much need for any other interaction. And theywere nice when I briefly interacted while ordering or collecting food. The food portions were huge. Everything we ordered wasdelicious but Boldac kabab was the best. Karak kabab was the second best. Will definitely visit again soon. Read more

I had take out from this location and was SO INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED. I will never, ever be coming back here. My first issue... is the size of the salad that came with the kebabs. I ordered the Sultani kebab and the chicken breast kebab dishes (low carb,keto version which is essentially no rice or carbs, its just the salad and the meat). The "salad" was bits and pieces oflettuce with sour tomatoes and cucumbers. It looks absolutely nothing like what was pictured in the menu. And the lettucewasn't fresh, evident by the brown edges on the lettuce. My 2nd issue, and the most important one was the black hair that wason the kebab, which made me completely lose interest in dinner. And 2 platters of 4 kebabs and salads cost us $40. Such adisappointment. I had to add my own romaine, cucumbers and tomatoes to the salad to make it a proper meal. This franchise isnormally very delicious, but I will only go to the one at East York Town Centre now, which is a newer, CLEANER and largerlocation. I've eaten there before and was very pleased with the portion sizes, freshness, quality, taste and oh...the absenceof the hair in the food. This location does not deserve 1 star. Read more
