Menu for Kerala Lounge in Scarborough, ON

The whole setting of the restaurant gives us a vibe of a sports bar, with live DJ station, pool, vip lounge and a bar counter.... Had a chance to visit the restaurant on the second day after it?s opening. Glad that they have most of the authentic dishes intheir menu. Prices are above the average in comparison with other take out malayalee restaurants in Scarborough. So, you paymore for the luxury of dining in with the amenities the restaurant offers. Menu is small with a handful of dishes. Had ?Kappaand Meen Curry? as it was only evening time and we weren?t up for a full course dinner. Thumbs up ???????? for ?Kappa and MeenCurry?. ?Biriyani? and ?Porrotta? yet to be included in the menu ????????And for all other dishes in the menu, sure I believethat they serve a better variety of taste and dine in experience you couldn?t experience elsewhere in a malayalee restaurant atScarborough. Also there?s gonna be a separate Bar counter if you?re up for a couple of drinks ???? Also they?ve got some eventshappening in each days which is to be checked out. Hello everyone I am writing this review on personal interest as I liked the authenticity of my experience in this restaurant.... It?s a new place with a discrete menu but very good at it. I was blown with the beef fry as it would remind you of thattukadabeef. On top of it Sulamani was the highlight I liked it so much that I ordered it once again. Fantastic place for authentic kerala food . We were searching for a restaurant after a tiring day at Toronto Zoo , this one... popped up and menu looked mouth watery . There were parking spots outside the restaurant. We ordered kappa , fish curry andchicken fry. Fish curry was top notch , kappa was authentic and chicken fry was well cooked. Food portion size was enough fortwo. Ambience wasn?t that great they were playing loud music ???? as it was a lounge set up with a pool table . People werecoming out to this place for cool hang out but we were out there for food . Food was served real quick and we were checkedregular about each dish whether we liked it or not . This Kerala place was too good.. we were looking for some indian cuisine on our way back from the Toronto zoo. And this place... seemed to have the menu we were looking for. Kappa and fish curry was too good. Fish curry had very good flavor and went wellwith the kappa. Portion size was also more than sufficient for 2 of us.
