Absolutely terrible service and the woman with the glasses (not sure if she is the manager) has a HORRIBLE attitude. I ordered a... pizza, 10 wings and 2 dips, and for some reason she was just upset at me from the moment i was placing my order? Not sure why -i literally was just standing there. After i placed my order, She said it?ll be ready in 20 minutes. I came back 40 minuteslater and it still wasn?t ready. Honesty I didn?t mind, so i just waited in the store. She saw me waiting and then told me in 2minutes it?ll be ready, but at that point i was waiting for almost an extra half hour. I dont like giving people who work inrestaurant joints a hard time, but Why lie? When she saw me waiting for so long, she started to get visibly upset at ME for somereason? Why? because i was waiting in the store for my order to be ready? And on top of that, they forgot my wings and when iasked her, she completely forgot my order and became even more upset? Not sure why her attitude was so rude. In the end, theyrushed out both the wings and pizza, which were actually not even close to being ready clearly. BOTH PIZZA AND WINGS WERETERRIBLE AND LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE COOKED BY A CHILD. I ate 2 slices and threw it all out. They didn?t even give me the 2 dips ipaid for, so I essentially got stolen from. I will never, EVER go back to this location, even if it is the last pizza nova onEarth. And also because of the poor quality, i will think twice before deciding to eat at any pizza nova again. Ordered 1.5hr ahead online. Got there 5 minutes before pickup time and got a cold pizza, went back to work and they got my... toppings wrong, instead of bruschetta I got broccoli ???????????. Never had such a bad experience from a pizza nova before. I?davoid this location. Read more
This pizza Nova location like most pizza Nova location has an open concept kitchen. I was picking up my order today evening and... another customer was present while I was here at this pizza Nova location. This customer noticed a pizza Nova employee drop apizza oven spatula on the ground AND NOT clean it after dropping it on the ground? AND eventually used it to move pizza in thepizza oven with the spatula he dropped and didn?t clean? WOW! the customer that was with me called it out to another pizza Novaemployee. They didn?t seem to care like us pizza lovers/pizza Nova customers? the employee who dropped the spatula didn?t evensay sorry? or anything at all. No reaction. Turned his back and continued on? how can you not say anything? we are customers ofyours? because of us you guys get paid? I couldn?t believe this and I stayed there while the customer was complaining about thisincident. The employee who dropped the spatula and didn?t wash it, would you let your kids, your parents, your in-laws eat hereagain?! Very selfish act. I understand mistakes happen everywhere. But make it RIGHT! Correct the mistake? don?t continue withthe mistake and pretend all is well? especially when you are working in an OPEN CONCEPT KITCHEN WHERE WE ALL CAN SEE?! I willreport this to pizza Nova head office. This is unacceptable. I will not return to this pizza Nova location. It?s funny how youguys keep away all the salt, Parmesan, crushed chilli-pepper,etc away from customers but don?t clean up after dropping a pizzaoven spatula lol. Disgusting. They messed up my order and since a pizza missing multiple toppings offered only a $10 credit until I had to keep pushing for... the correct pizza to be delivered. Finally they came and asked for the pizza that they made a mistake on to take back. Talkabout petty we all know that pizza is going straight into the garbage.
