The first,second and third time to The RITZ Caribbean foods is a good place to be. I have been there a couple of times, because... of their Tasty food. The customer service was not bad...could be better. My recent visit as of 2022 I was not pleased by thestaff. I asked for small request of separating the rice/roti from the meat in a separate container and she just said she can'tdo it, whereas the other times the request was made. So, you can say I was not pleased. The server didn't seemed helpful eitherin terms of products availability and daily deals. Not sure if I would recommend this place to my friends..???? Read more

Ordered two large meals ( rice and peas, jerk chicken and some plantain) won?t go back again. The rice was soggy, over cooked,... tasteless, definitely no peas in either. Plantain were dry, cold and hard. The only good thing about the meals was the jerkchicken. Have been there many times before food has always been exceptional. Today no so much. I've ordered in person here a couple times and it's been good. Recently used Uber eats and the quality was drastically lower... than the last time I had some. Jerk chicken with rice and peas. Chicken was dry and the rice and 'peas' had about three peastotal. Will be choosing another jerk spot moving forward. Read more
