Poor customer service. On a Tuesday where they have their deal they decide to put a trainee on the cashier who didn't know much.... She tried her best yet she needed help but two ladies who she turned for help didn't seem to be helping her much. They appeared to be training a couple of employees so service was a bit slow, but I've never found KFC/Taco Bell to be fast. My... order was correct and tasty. Also they dealt with two really difficult customers (including one who actually reached over thecounter to tap and employee aggressively on the shoulder to get her attention) with patience and good humour.
