This is my second time eating here. The food is alright, actually? this is the second time in a row they got my order wrong, so... don't be surprised if you're trying something new. The staff are kind though overworked, and today seemed exceptionallydisorganized; workers were too often rotated in and out of tasks which confused everyone and ultimately me almost being giventwo of everything I ordered because two workers strived to complete it. I wouldn't complain if I *did* get nearly two ofeverything, but this shows that workers should be able to complete a task before moving on to the next, or at least have someoneelse take over their job instead of leaving the customer standing clueless for minutes and then their order getting rushed tocomplete by two different workers, unaware of one another. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap, they somehow "forgot" the chicken and snuck in an egg (not the wrong order because egg wraps... don't have bacon in it). If you didn't want to go back and cook the chicken before closing, just say so or say you ran out.Don't try to pull a fast one, it just rubs the wrong way. Read more
Although the place is understaffed most of the time, it's still pretty good to eat here anytime.
These ladies have been the best I could ask for during my first degree, it absolute disgusts me that some of these students are... so disrespectful to this establishment. This place was the absolute best for late night coffee runs during exams, a pick me upcoffee before lecture. That donut that just hits the spot and gives you that much needed boost to get through a late Zakzanislecture. I still go their even though my taste buds and the width of my wallet has changed. To be honest, serving all thesestuck up, obnoxious students takes a great deal of humility. Every year, it's a new batch of students, and these womenpersevere. Read more

They need new staff as I believe it was the manager had an attitude with me after getting my order wrong. This place is also... very dirty and they rarely change gloves. They were also very inconsiderate when I asked them to change gloves and I had to askmultiple times until they did so. Read more
