I visited this Tim Hortons on Oct 17, 2022 at 8:15pm. I kept waiting for long and did not mind as I know businesses can be busy... (though the store was almost empty). An employee name SAHIL ( called himself as a manager) lacked basic manners and interuptedme while I was giving the order and walked away. This kind of behaviour is unprofessional and proper training should be providedby store hiring team. Read more
Girlfriend use to work there but transffered to better location. Said her supervisor would tell them to not throw out stale... baked goods, they dont follow the 20 minute fresh coffee like every other timmies, they use the same rags they use on thewindows on the baked goods showcase and supervisor eould say to ignore any customers inside amd prioritize drive thru untilpeople would get mad, i mean screw hiring more people right. I just had a delicious Tim Horton's menu item in the parking lot outside this location. However, I did not purchase the food at... this location... I had to drive up to Steeles and Middlefield to get what I wanted... Why? Because the last time I tried toorder at this location I was basically told that what I wanted was old and stale... How can you run a restaurant so poorly? Itwas the middle of the day and you have old stale food for customers? This tells me that your staff does not care and thatcustomers should not trust you to provide what they want. I will never eat at this location again and I suggest others alsosteer clear and try one of the other Tim Horton's locations instead. Read more
