I have been to this location a few times now and each time they are out of chicken and wait times are long even when there... aren't a lot of people both inside the store and in drive thru. And the customer service is really bad too. No smiling oracknowledgment. And even when they hand off the food they do it in a rude way. Read more
This is actually one of the better Tim Horton's where the service is fast and quality is subpar. Other than that the rest of the... review is for Tim Horton's as a whole. I would of gave 1 star but giving 3 stars for the efficiency of this place. Probably theonly location carrying the Tim's franchise on it's back. This location can also get super busy due to alot car/bike meets. Oneof the OG spots for car meets I'd say from 2007-2015. Ordered the Chicken Habanero and boy what a disappointment. This thinghad like zero meat in it, might as well called it a veggie wrap. I actually went in with low expectations since nosandwiches/wraps have ever been great. Every sandwich wrap Tim Horton's ever brought out has always been so bland and severlylacked meat. Most of they time they are also so dry probably from no one buying it. The food just looks good on screen. I don'tunderstand why they are so cheap and can't bring their quality up for once. If they brought their quality up maybe they couldcompete with MacDonalds. Even their coffee has been so trash, that's why alot of people switched to MacDonald's coffee now.Anyways Tim's needs to go back to what they do best and that is to bring out quality Donuts and hot beverages. Donuts are sometimes not fresh. Today we got french vanilla cold brew and they are bitter af, taste like i only got espresso... shots and nothing more. Tables are also, majority of the time uncleaned ???? Read more
