Well after having an unpleasant experience at a salon in this shopping centre having taken my brother with cerebral palsy to get... his haircut, we then went to this restaurant for lunch, met with a very unpleasant attitude by the front hostess/ waitress whowas giving me and my brother a very demeaning look as if she didn?t want us there because of my brother being in a wheelchairand said nothing else to me except for a forced sentence ?there are table and seats in the back? not offering me any moreassistance when I asked which way do I go. I have been to much nicer establishments with my brother in the past and they haveall been very friendly and gracious with my brother, never had I dealt with such rudeness. When I did get myself and my brothersituated at the back part of the restaurant I ordered fettuccini Alfredo for him and the steak for me. The food was at bestmediocre and my meal was supposed to come with a soup that I never got. The place is also quite overdo for renovations as allthe seats in the booths look worn out and like they have all been clawed by cats. Place looks run down, service very slow. Waitress walked past us 4 times before even taking drink order. Wait staff are... unorganized. We had to look for the waitress (she was out having a smoke) to pay the bill after we asked for it and waited along time. Food is bland The music was inappropriate . Read more
Fish and chips were good, soup (chicken & rice) was excellent. Seemed understaffed, the one server was kept hopping, but meals... were slow to arrive. Prices were reasonable for the meals we had. Read more
Food was horrible, I think the frozen burger might have been cooked in a frying pan. Frozen French fries. No Stella or Heineken.... Shady neighbourhood men hanging over the fence smoking and swearing. Not a good atmosphere. I use to like this place but I won?tgo back there again Read more

I've been going here once in a while for years (over 20). It was always average to good. Today was our first time back since... pandemic started. It has changed and gone downhill. Our fav waitress, Maria, has retired. I always marvelled at her ability toremember 16 orders without writing a thing down. Today I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap. I've never seen a wrap that was wideand short. Almost impossible to hold. There was too much dressing, scant chicken...a mess. I ask for hot spice. It was not. Camewith a weird cole slaw that was tasteless. We are going there with a group end of month. Going to try a pot pie or quiche. Theywere always good. We'll see. Read more
