They close their drive thru sharply at 10 pm. So when a person is taking forever to make an order, and finally the next person?s... turn comes, they are suddenly closed. And there is no warning or notice of them being closed. They simply stop responding overthe intercom. So all the people lined up just when they closed are made to waste their time and gas. They should have some typeof communication of being closed, they could at least let people know over the intercom that they close at 10. The drivers areleft confused and wondering what suddenly happened. The driver in front of me was very upset and just kept shouting and yellingat the intercom, and then at both the windows. Went to order 3 frosty?s tonight, only had one flavour which is okay. We PAID for 3 and they told us after they only had 2... frosty?s available.
