I went there for a breakfast sandwich. The food is really very good but the wait was way too long for morning rush.
Lange's used to be my go to for hot pastrami on rye but If I could give this place zero stars I would. Where to begin...ordered... a hot pastrami on rye with mustard and despite an almost empty store it took about ten minutes to put the sandwich together. Bythe time it was handed to the very confused looking crew at the register my meter was almost up outside. If I didn't work faraway from here I would have brought the sandwich back. After unwrapping the "sandwich" I was greeted with cold stale rye thathad more mustard than pastrami. Pastrami was cold and chewy. Even the Cole slaw has gone down hill...awful and at almost $15 forthe sandwich drink and scoop of slaw it's insulting. Never going back. Read more
