5 star given because I liked Patisserie Salzburg and I would like this bakery to continue getting a lot of businesses. It was my... favorite bakery. I do not understand why the name of the bakery has been changed. Patisserie Salzburg was a good brand, pleasestick to it. It is the name of a bakery that I love and many others loved! It made the bakery stand out more compared to otherbakeries in Westchester. The name change is a really terrible idea. Please, please revert back to the original name before it istoo late. Or maybe just think of another name that is more exotic, sounds more "European". I can't even say Le Pain Quotidienbut my friends loved going there for dessert and coffee because whenever we're there it feels like we're in France (even thoughwe're eating American dessert). I use to really like getting gifts here for my friends because the name Patisserie Salzburgsounds really unique, it was almost like I am getting my friends (reasonably priced, but look expensive/extremely presentable)baked goodies from Europe. How about renaming it to something that sounds Swedish or Icelandic, have one or two Scandinavianstyle dessert, the rest of the food items can be American (just so that the place sounds unique compared to other bakeries inwestchester).
