I was there today and bought a 30 piece of chicken nuggets. When I got home and put the nuggets on a plate there was a hair in... the nuggets!!! I ripped one of my hairs to compare and it definitely wasn't mine. I called and talked to a lady that was verynice. Then when I got to the store I spoke to some male "manager" that was very rude. It was like he was calling me aliar...even though I had proof. I asked if he could give me some fries for the inconvenience of driving 15 minutes there andback...but he shut me down. Gas isn't cheap and I wouldn't have to be there if there want a HAIR IN MY CHICKEN NUGGETS! He askedlike he was doing me a favor for remaking the food. Having someone else's hair in my food is not only disgusting but unsanitaryespecially with covid and everything. Very poor customer service thanks to management. No longer a customer. Read more
This feedback is specific for the manager at this location, Eunice. I take no pleasure in giving reviews like this however when... they're warranted I believe it is in the best interest of everybody to know. The situation occurred when my mother of 70 yearsold went to pick up a mobile breakfast order at 10:37a. The mobile order for breakfast was not fulfilled despite being placedwithin the app at 10:23a and my account being charged. Due to a personal circumstance I was not able to press the "I am here"button within the app until 10:37a. As a result of breakfast ending at 10:30a the order was not fulfilled since the order didnot register on the internal computers. This feedback/rating has nothing to do with the operational functionality of the appbut it has everything to do with the poor customer service/candor of the manager of this location. Eunice rudely interrupted mymother (I was on speaker phone) when she tried to tell her the situation. She immediately jumped to why the order was notfulfilled instead of hearing about the situation. This is 101 as it relates to customer service. Following her rudeness to mymother, I tried to explain the situation and she interrupted me multiple times. Again this is simply unacceptable at a businessthat prides itself with top tier customer service. What I would expect from situations like this is firstly to allow thecustomer to speak and articulate the situation. Secondly, I would offer an apology (not due to fault but due to inconvenience)to said customer. Thirdly, a rationale as to why the situation occurred. Lastly, an exception to the rule if it does not hinderbusiness operations especially after the customers receipt is presented and time stamped before breakfast ended. I love Chick-Fil-A and this my favorite location from all 4 | l've tried. This location has better service. CFA always stays on... top of things making sure orders are served they way I wanted it. And if not, gives you back your money. The crew are superfriendly and accommodating. One of my favorites is the market salad with nuggets not fan of the blue cheese so I always switchit to cheddar. Other favorites are the chicken sandwich and lemonade with extra lemon! I keep coming back and would highlyrecommend!!! Read more
