Made the mistake of getting a thin crust and some wings because I had forgotten how bad it was the last time. The topping of... cheese was like plastic and tasteless. The crust had the consistency of leather and unchewable. I imagine you might not noticeit when buried in a deep dish. Spent $150 on three pizzas, wings and a salad. No utensils for salad, dressing asked for was wrong. So salad was naked. No... cheese or red flake packets. The best thing were the wings. I was visiting Chicago to meet some friends. My wife really wanted a deep dish pizza. I was recommended to Luo's by my friend... so I ordered from their the day I went home. Bad service. Said to pick up my pizza in 45 minutes. Stood around there for 25 minutes like I have nothing better to do and... waited for them to obviously make my order when I got there. Pretty sure they heated up a frozen pizza and sold it to me. Poor,poor service. I will not be giving you my money again. Read more
