Lots of places to choose from in Little Italy. This one stood out. Food was excellent. Service was tops as well. Pasta in a... creamy red pepper sauce. My son had chicken parm. Both were perfect. Went for date night prix fixed menu. All items were delicious and the service was excellent. This was first visit to Cornells... under this owner; ambiance was excellent just as it was when we dined under the previous owners. Very happy they are open againand doing well. Excellent food. Good waiter. The bar came up shy, though. The normal bartender was absent that day so the turnaround time for... drinks was long. The bar was also not stocked well. I was very pleased to have visited Cornell's in Little Italy. If high quality service and wonderfully delish authentic Italian... dishes are in you or your families wishes, you certainly have to stop here. I took a bar seat and my tender Chris was veryhelpful and a wise chat. I wasn't sure what I was in the mood for as everything looked enticing.
