If I could give Azeri stars I would ,when we walk in there was a group of about 8 people of color waiting tombs seated and a... white couple, the grad been waiting for awhile and the white couple walked in in front of me. The white couple was immediatelyseated, so the group left. With plenty of tables open the waitress comes and tells us it will be a 15 minute wait.... Horrible, Horrible, horrible. We had to wait 45 minutes for our food, people were getting up and walking out, staff were... screaming at each other. Terrible experience. After waiting for our food for all that time it was served stone cold. This isthe first time I ever left a restaurant without tipping. I will never go back there. Read more
I was with a party of 5 and the server / manager Brianna had a bad attitude and did not want to give a discount for the A/C not... working. The only options offered was to separate the party or eat in the heat. Brianna also never apologized for the A/C notworking. It was just that we were to deal with it and her attitude or leave. She continued on after we decided to eat in theheat. After we asked her to stop aruguing about it (because we had children with us) she informed us that she was also theserver.. Continuing on arguing with us we decided to leave. It was the worst customer service I've ever seen. Myself coming froma customer service background understood when the customer is going to agree to what was offered you don't continue to arguewith the customer and not being sympathetic to the customers needs. I decided to take my party to Mcafe which had great A/ C andgreat customer service. The person was taking orders on the phone and polite to people walking in. Checked in on us and wasbasically working alone. Prices were also cheaper. It was a great decision walking out of Denny's Notts location. The A/ C notworking should not be the customers problem and with the recent temperatures being so high the least we expected was sympathyand understanding. I would not recommend going to this Denny's where the regular staff is afraid to approach management about acustomers issue. Brianna should not be in charge seeing as though her team is more sympathetic to customers than the person incharge. I have never seen someone try to get rid of a customer who is willing to deal with issues the restaurant is responsiblefor. She was ok with the customer being dissatisfied and walking out after agreeing to the unbearable heat. She felt she wasright so I choose not to spend a dollar at that Denny's. Never had a bad experience there.. But with management like that I willjust go to Ihop it is better anyway or Mcafe where customers are valued and prices are cheaper. The Read more
It was a really good experience. The waitress was friendly and always made herself available. Food was fresh and fast. Ordered... mozzarella sticks, taco salad, and the super bird. All was made fast and tasted really good! Read more

Hadn't been to Denny's in a number of years, but went twice this week. Once for take out lunch sandwich, which was good. Service... for breakfast a couple days later was excellent, pleasant chatting and also plenty of check ins and coffee service from ourserver. Food tasted quite good, and at a fair price. Dining partner thoroughly enjoyed her made to order omelet and the multigrain toast also earned a thumbs up from her.
