I stopped here on 10/12/22 around 9:30am for breakfast and accidentally dropped my wallet and left with out notice that I... dropped when I get to my delivery in massachusets I found out and I called to check if they found it and the girl ho answer thephone told me it was there and was on the safe I felt good about it because my money to pay my gas home bill was in my wallet soI took another load back around albany to get my wallet next day and for my surprise the money for my bill wasn?t there so Iguess i expect to much I hope ho ever took the money used for something productive or for food for their children Read more
We understand these highways stops are busy, but the manager/lead guy was rude. When we asked a question about our order he came... back with well didn't you look in the bag. We did and it didn't not look like what we ordered. No need for being rude. Customerservice is going down the toilet. Read more
Rip off. Their prices are twice as much as normal McDonald's but they don't have drink refills or napkins and the service is... horribly slow. Flies everywhere and every surface is dirty. Avoid this McDonald's. Read more
Beyond disappointed. Waited almost 20 minutes for a drink. Spoke to a nanager twice who couldn't care less. Cashiers kept taking... orders and everybody just watched. One young lady was basically doing all the orders by herself. I had to tell the manager tohelp her. The guy making drinks should look for another job because this one is not a good fit for him.
