Today I had the WORST EXPERIENCE at what use to be my FAVORITE pizza shop! The worker that was there today took my order of 4... Hawaiian slices 2 chicken bacon ranch and 4 garlic knots. I paid $27.21 and he didn?t give me a receipt and when I arrived homeI was missing 3 Hawaiian slices. When I called they said I needed to go back so I did and when I went back he refused to show memy receipt, he looked at it and put it back in the register and said I had paid only $15.00. I did get taken advantaged ofbecause when I arrived home and checked my bank statement I had in fact paid $27.21! The worker had in fact cheated me out of 3Hawaiian slices, lied in front of other customers and also got payment for 3 extra Hawaiian slices that a really nice man therepaid for to resolve the issue! Appreciated but was not necessary because I had money if I needed to pay but I didn?t and it wasthe principal of the matter at hand. They cheated me out of $12.00. THEY DONT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS! My husband and I order from this place at least once a week. Their pizza is fantastic and the guys that work there are great.... However tonight the person on the staff is extremely rude. The pizza I ordered was not what I got we tried calling from myhusbands phone because he?s the one who placed the order and they didn?t answer the call so I checked the number and I calledand they answered on the first or second ring because they thought it was a new pizza order so I was explaining to them whathappened and they?re like hold on and gave the phone to another guy and he just told me that he was too busy to deal with us andhung up on me which is not the kind of customer service that looking for anywhere. Like I said in general this place isfantastic but whoever this rude man was really made a dent in the impression that my husband and I had of Pizza King. Read more
