Worst experience ever!!! I was charged .70 cents for a cup to put my espresso shots inside! I ordered 3 shots, 3 pumps vanilla,... 3 cream in a med iced cup. First I didn't even get my shots they handed me a drink with cream and vanilla and didn't add shots.I went to give it back then they said oops someone must have taken the wrong one let me add more shots. I would usually give a 5 star but today was totally no costumer service approval. The guy that works over night instead of... saying ?is that all? or would that complete your order? when you order one thing it?s ?pull up? when I haven?t even finished myorder not everyone orders just one thing he?s very rushy and very rude to costumers and I was not pleased please teach himcustomer service because he needs it. Really kind and nice people work here. Which is rare for fast food places considering how little they're paid for the amount of... work they do. As someone who worked in customer service jobs many times at different places I can say with absolute certaintythat $7.35-$10 an hour part time is not worth putting up with Karens.
