If I could give them Zero stars I would. I placed an online order wanting to surprise my sister for her Birthday she loves their... cheesecake. I ordered a Happy Birthday Cheesecake Platter to be ready at 2:30pm on April 11, 2022. I recieved a phone call at2:23pm stating that they don't have the Happy Birthday peices that goes on the Happy Birthday Platter at that point I said wowit's a Happy Birthday platter I guess I don't have a choice they did offer to add in a ballon okay fine I will accept that. Irecieved another phone call at 2:42pm and at this point is when I lost all cool and became irritated because the woman on theother end of the phone tells me I am so sorry we don't have any cheesecake. At this point I am crying and driving in the rainbecause there is nothing I can do I am litterly 4 mins away from the store driving from Oak Brook, IL to surprise my baby sisterat her shop and the best thing that they decided was we can refund you your money. I have passed at least 4 different ediblearrangements shops had I have known prior to the time of me picking up my order. I find out after my order should've been readythat I have no order at all. I wasted time, gas, and had to disappoint my sister. I immediately called corporate which was aneven bigger slap in the face. I have also given time for someone to at least offer some form of customer service but as usualthese businesses can care less about the customer. Their thing is whatever we gave you your money back move on. Wow that reallyput a smile on my sister and I face. Pick a motto your company can actually live up too. You guys are a big disappointment. Their app and website is a joke I've tried ordering 4 times and it errors out no matter how I try to use it. I then called their... customer service and they were overly rude, kept talking over me. The products I've had before from them were great but this isnot worth the headache. Read more

Do NOT order for this location!!! My best friend orders me an arrangement every year for my bday which was just this past... Saturday. Delivery came around 4pm on Saturday arrangement went immediately in the fridge because I had dinner reservations.Took box out the next day which was Sunday and tasted 1 of apples? once I bit inside I noticed fruit was bad apple was brown,took a bite of the strawberry also bad mushy, and then finally took a bite of pineapple and that was also mushy. By this timethe store is of course closed {they closed at 3pm} so I called first thing this morning (today) to only be told because I didn?tcall the day of delivery or before closing time on Sunday .. I am basically out of luck. They have definitely lost a customer. Ihave never has a bad edible arrangement or fruit go bad this fast. The lady I spoke with said she was the manager and that theycan?t guarantee the fruit will stay fresh once chocolate is added. Clearly the fruit was never fresh. My boyfriend ordered me an arrangement for VALENTINE'S DAY.. it was supposed to be delivered on Valentine's Day, which it was... not. My boyfriend called the store the next day and was told that there was a glitch or a shutdown in their delivery system,there was no phone call advising him of this at all. So the next day, which was Tuesday, my arrangement finally came. Insidewere a dozen chocolate covered strawberries and four cupcakes.. the cupcakes were, very hard, and tasted completely disgusting,the strawberries were either extremely mushy, or they weren't even ripe. These arrangements are not cheap by any means, and I amthoroughly disappointed as is my boyfriend.i did contact corporate to address this matter, because this is completelyunacceptable. Read more

One star.. subject to change if the order ever shows up. There was an email sent to track the order.. which reads "please... allow us 6-8 hours to update the status". Order was placed and received the day prior. Yes it's vday, but if you couldn'thandle the orders maybe don't take it. I've now called customer service 30 times to just get an idea of when it may arrive.. Ido have dinner plans.. I spoke to someone twice and was placed on hold (then hung up on) otherwise I'll sit on hold or itdisconnects. I have work calls and just can't sit in hold for more than 25 mins at a time. In total I've waited 2.5 hours onhold with not a single clue when the order is arriving. (I have tried several different numbers listed via Google with no luckon speaking to any real person since being hun up on. I am concerned the order will be delivered while I am out. Their site saysit has to be arranged for the order to be left. Edible please help. I will def change my stars if I can get some customerservice/ my order. Update. Feb 15th 6:25 a m. My order still reads "arranging order". Again vday is a busy day for companies inthis field, but don't take my money if you can't come through. I don't think I'd have been so let down by a companies customerservice. I am undertsanding, but being kedt in the wind is not so cool. If I recieved any call / text / email that just toldme due to the orders mine and so many others couldn't have been completed I wouldn't have waited up so late. Their email alsosays "On Busy Holidays Orders may arrive as late as 9.pm."
