We went to ihop today after church. There was no hostess and a whole line of people ahead of us, all of them waiting to sign in... for a wait. No hostess ever came up. The waitresses kept passing by us and looking at the line and never said anything. Finallyafter standing there for 20 minutes and no one ever came out to take our name for the wait list, the people in front of us whowere there before us, started leaving and finally we left too after having no hostess or waitress take our name. I tried callingto talk to the manager and it only rang then disconnected. I didn?t even get seated and it was already bad service not evengetting seated or having my name taken for the list. I ordered the roast turkey. The turkey was spoiled. They are going to make someone real sick at this IHOP. on a scale of ZERO to 5 stars the rate would be ZERO!!! waitresses need help!! I counted 3 waitresses and 1 greeter. Ordered... omlette with green peppers and onion american cheese. Awful cook had to send my egg back over cooked burnt. Cooked again onionsgrilled/burnt cheese placed on top of egg not melted and not inside the egg. If I could give a zero star, I would. Went there yesterday with my two kiddos and mom, by far the worst customer service I... received from there. There used to be a hispanic girl who was maybe in her late 20?s - early 30?s who was great.. i?ve gonethere twice and she hasn?t been there. We were served by a lady named Lizabeth.. she needs MAJOR training. Rude, no manners atall. I asked her for a Jr pancake combo and asked if the pancake could be buttermilk instead of a cupcake.. she came back withthe food and RUDELY asked ?is this what you wanted?? She never checked on us or asked how the food was, she never refilledcoffee, never brought anymore creamers or sugar, but I did go use the restroom and caught her hiding using her phone, so i?mglad she?s taking care of what she needs to do while on the clock. that is definitely the last time i?m going. never again.
