I just had a great experience with barista Molly who went above & beyond the call of duty to execute my bill of sale which was a... bit unique! Waited 15 minutes for an iced coffee. When I asked for my money back politely I was given attitude. I have places to be. I was... told we are short staffed and you should be patient. No I don't have to be patient. "It's the economy" well then lower yourprices im paying premium dollar for a bit so premium coffee as it is. I pay for speed and quality not long service times.
