I feel like Big Papas probably isn?t getting the love they deserve, based on their older reviews and photos. This afternoon we... ordered a large Homewrecker and an order of cheezy bread. I must say it was pretty damn delicious pizza! I called my order inwhich was ready within 20 minutes to be picked up. This place is a local favorite. We ordered The Chicken Bacon Buffalo Ranch pizza, The Meatie, and mild and golden buffalo wings.... Overall, this was good. I felt the pizza crust was a bit soggy and greasy at the center of the pizza. The wings were my favoritepart of my visit. They were pretty big and the sauces were tasty. Went in and ordered a couple pizzas to go. One of my pizzas was not what I ordered, so they quickly arranged to make the correct... one, and offered to let me keep the wrong one. Our pizzas were burnt. The crust was like eating a hard cracker which took away from the meal. The flavor of the toppings was... good and the cheese was a great blend. We tried the Meatie, the Chicken Bacon Buffalo Ranch, and the Hawaiian. The Hawaiian wasthe winner in taste. It's always frustrating when the toppings and cheese aren't carried near the edge of the pizza and that'swhy our crust was burnt. Can't comment on the atmosphere but they did make us another pizza since one of ours was madeincorrectly so kudos on service. We'll give them another try but will ask that they don't cook them too long. Read more
