I asked if they made turtle sundaes. He said yes. He started to make it and then asked what toppings I wanted. I told him what a... turtle sundae was and he said they didn?t have pecans. Fudge and caramel it is then?.wait?.not much fudge and caramel. Over $6for a cup of vanilla ice cream that was half melted. I think their air needs to be turned up. So disappointing for so muchmoney. Terrible service. I was just there and waiting to order. I guess an employee was in training so the other employee was helping... that person. Another person was sweeping and staring at me. The manager was on her phone and completely ignored me. I waswaiting for 10mins and there was no one else there so they were slow because people were cleaning. Finally someone came to thefront and said hi to the person dining in and ignored me, right when I was about to order she told me to wait and proceeded tothe back. The employees cleaning just stared. So I left. This isn?t the first time this happens. I work in fast food service soI know customers are priority, but I guess this company doesn?t care about their customers.
