I had to give them 1star to share. We?ve been customers for years and have never had a issue, except this time that I know I... will never order again. I placed my order and repeated it to the woman on the phone. She repeated it to me. But when my orderarrived it was wrong: I called back to fix it, and all she did was scream at me. She then gave another woman the phone, who toldme that they would fix their mistake but I had to pay for it. Fighting over a phone for fried rice, is not where worth my time.They where so defensive and rude. Instead of apologizing, they blamed me? Again, never will I step foot or order from here. Howyou treat your customers is way more important then how good your food is. And if you can?t speak to your customers respectfullythen you should not be running a business. Very disappointed. This restaurant has decent Chinese food but they Nickle and dime you for everything. We got a large crab Rangoon and two large... entres totaling 33.00 and they still charged me 1.65 for two small red sauces to dip the crab rangoon in. It?s like are weexpected to eat a dry pastry. Ok so this was my go to Chinese restaurant. Not sure what happened this time but the Combination FR we ordered had toooooo much... oil which made the rice mushy/soggy. The egg foo young was good the sauce for the beef and broccoli was too dark and salty. Sweet and sour chicken was good as well. Two costly errors by the cook. It seems others have also been seeing a drop inquality. Do I have to find a new go to Chinese restaurant? I will see!! Read more
