Changing my review from 4star to 2 star Old reviews starts where my new review ends Greeting-We went in and thee Manager (I... believe) had no response, no smile, no greeting, and just asked,"four?" and we said'"yes" he made us sit on the a table, butwhen I asked we want to sit at the couch boot, He said that you are four and only 5+ parties can sit. told him that there arepeople sitting on the left corner and they are 4, he mentioned that they had reservation. No worries we sat down. 10 minutesafter seating,came an Asian family of 4, well greeted and they were made to sit at booth. discremination and bad attitudetowards selected guests of the community. Later 4 guys came in and they were being seated somewhere else and in sec after askingthey were seated at booth. OLD REVIEW definitely recommend this place. Ambiance- beautiful and unique with Indian Ambiance.there is internal area and extended area which is permanently covered. internal area has air conditioning, extended area hasfans. we got a corner table, we had no fans and none of the windows were open and all of us were sweating and when asked theysaid that since they do not have fan there they cannot do anything. reservation- made by open table. we had to wait 10 minuteseven after reservation and they did not have my name on the list. and when asked about it, they said that they reservations fromdifferent platforms and they are not able to handle all of them, so even the parties having reservations usually wait. Crowd-good crowd. family friendly, not noisy. Occassion - we went for birthday celebrations. They allow birthday cake and willprovide you with plates and knife for cake cutting. but they will not keep your cake in the refrigerator, as they have no spacein the refrigerator. since it was hot, we carried out cake in cooling bag with ice in it. Came here hungry with family after dropping my parents at airport. Surprised to have really wonderful and very authentic food in... stylish presentation. At first glance menu front impreseed me. Being chef myself i had wonderful experience. My experience saysFood has taste of women chef's touch. And Sorry if i offended male chef of restaurant. And cherry on top if you have wonderfulhost alankar, kuddos to him because my kids were so cranky after long ride from plainfield, indiana to chicago, they createdhuge mess while eating but alankar havent said single word and simply told me dont worry sir we will take care of that. This restaurant is A+ They even had no onion and no garlic veggies dishes, which was very helpful for my mom, who is allergic to... garlic. Food is tasty, ambience is great, professional staff. The only suggestion I would give to the management is afterseating the guests, and after serving the food, someone needs to check on that table, if anything else is needed, it willdefinitely add a personal touch to your customer service.
