My wife and I went to Wendy?s for lunch today and stood at the counter waiting to be helped. No one acknowledged that we were... standing there even though their were 5 people there. They saw us but said nothing. I asked if someone was going to help us andthis women?s response sent us out the door. She said, I am working the counter but I?m doing this right now. Referring topacking bags for the drive thru. She didn?t say I will be with you in a moment or anything else. Only my second visit there. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and fries. Both looked and tasted like they had their better... days behind them. Not sure how long ahead they make the food but this stuff certainly looked like it had been around a while. This would have been more understandable (but still unacceptable) if it was late in the evening but I was there around6:00pm. Hopefully this location gets it's act together... There are some really bad reviews posted here so these appear to be asystemic operational issues and not one-offs. Come on Schnecksville Wendy's, you're making Dave look bad. Read more
