Terrible photo I know, however I ate all of it so it must of been pretty good. First time here and being that I?m a 51 year old... sicilian who has had his fair share of panzarotti, first of all a panzo has to be fried! and as you can see in the photo thedough they use is excellent for frying. Thin and bubbly is what I look for. Not thick and doughy. Ingredients were very goodaccept the tomato sauce. I find there were far too many spices added. I want to taste the beautiful sweet tomatoes, when you addall those spices it?s over powering. As for the whole package I gave it a 3 ??, not because it?s terrible, but because once youseason the sauce properly, it has the potential to be something really amazing and keep me coming back for more.
