Location is hardly open and can't stay staffed, close this location permanently Wendy's, you have one in Three Rivers with all... the customers there and Portage, Schoolcraft doesn't use this location anyways, always been horrible, wish Dave was stillaround, he treated his customers with love, I met him 3 times in Kalamazoo when Wendy's was on Portage Rd in the 1990s Read more
Wendy's never disappoints. Food was hot, drink was cold and service was fast and friendly.
My order is never correct, empowers are rude, and if closed outside of typical hours, they let people sit in line at the drive... thru and ignore them while sitting on phone. I waited 15 minutes after pulling in behind a line of cars that they ignoredthrough the speaker before calling. When informed over phone they were closed, as I drove out, more than one employee standinginside on cell phones ignoring customers in line outside.
