He stole my moneyyyyyy !!!! I went through drive through and ordered 1 medium iced vanilla chai tea no ice 1 strawberry... sprinkled donut 1 boston creme 1 old fashioned 1 banana When i got the bag i opend and looked in and seen a chocolate withsprinkles and i squeezed the bag over the donuts and they were hard i wanted a refund . So he ask for the bag then checks thedonuts and then touches them without having wash and sanitized hands. So now i really want my refund. Now hes going back andforth with me arguing that it was in there and i just ask to pay for the drink and the banana which was 6.20 im guessing so herefunded me 3 times. 2560 us hwy 22 scotch plains This Dunkin Donuts is Horrible . Employee "Jay" Register 5 store number 330743 was RUDE and... Nasty , He have no place dealing with customers. I couldn't understand anything he was saying at the drive through. Hedefinitely wasnt very clear... My thoughts ; this person need more training when dealing with the public ..
