First off, If one more person yells at 'Eyad' they will loose my service, my friends, and family. Secondly 'Karlee' has got to... go. As a frequent customer I have noticed she is rude, has the wrong attitude, and quite frankly the attitude I don't wan't todeal with before school when I get my breakfast every morning. I have been a recuring customer since mid 2021 and have watchedemployees come and go, but 'Karlee' has to be by far the worst. I have personally seen her take out her phone while supposed tobe making drinks. Today I was mortified to over hear Karlee who is not a manager or owner yell at one of the new workers 'Eyad'.It was extreamly disgusting. I have seen multiple accounts of unkind and unprofessional behavior towards new workers or mentallychallenged workers. It is extreamly wrong and upsets my fellow colleagues and I.
