This place is so very unprofessional. We tried calling in a togo order, kept getting put on hold. We decided to just go there... and order and wait. The girl up front took the order and we paid with a credit card. (We realized she was the one puttingeveryone on hold). We sat and waited for our food. She then decided to tell a guy working "oh look no tip on another togo orderdo they think I work for free". Spoke to the manager and told him we don't tip at McDonald's either and that was very rude andunprofessional. Read more

This review is for the service and friendliness of the staff. The young man?s who took my order was friendly and went over the... top to make sure we were taken care of. We ordered take out so I haven?t even tried the food. However the service shines andeven if the food is subpar I will still give a good review. My expectations are high and a good attitude surpassed all myexpectations. Read more

After being seated my girlfriend and I waited 10 minutes before our server came to our table to ask us about our drinks. She... seemed as if she didn't know anything about us so probably a communication error. I don't blame the server for the incrediblyslow service, I blame management. They offer a full bar, yet no bartender. Our server was going across the restaurant to checkon us when she got time. She was obviously stretched thin. Most of the other employees are either sitting or too busy talking tohelp with anything it seemed. My girlfriend got her food 15 minutes before I got mine and had already finished hers. I give it a2 star only for the fact of the atmosphere. Seems like a great place to have drinks and food, if you can get either. Read more

The food here is bland. We were recommended when there were closer and better restaurants in Lafayette. There was no flavor in... the meat it just tasted cooked, no seasoning. Save yourself the trip and try out Pedro's or La Hacienda. Read more

We?re passing through Lafayette on the way to Florida from Texas and decided to try Rumba (delivery) because it was close to... where we were staying. Honestly it was extremely disappointing. The kids got mac and cheese (it tasted really sour like it hadbeen made with old/off milk), and two kids burgers (asked them to be made with no cheese but both had cheese). The kids Spriteswere only soda water, no syrup. I got a beef burrito supreme but it was covered with so much sour cream I could hardly taste theother flavors. The tortilla soup was the only thing we ended up eating and was good. The salsa for the chips tasted like puretomato sauce with no seasoning or spices. We are lucky to have great Mexican food restaurants where we live and decided to goout on a limb and try one here, but wish we hadn?t. If we hadn?t gotten our food late tonight after driving 8 hours today andweren?t leaving first thing in the morning I?d try to get some sort of remedy, but we?re moving on? Read more
