A bagel with ham cheese and egg cost me $8. And it was cold even after they microwavd it. The last time I was here the muffins... were extremely dry and they blamed it on Gering bakery and every single coffee pot except the decaf was empty. Verydisappointed. Read more
This place has yummy baked goods and the staff is just as sweet! ?
Not a good experience here at all. As you can see the bad reviews have only started since the new management. The staff is not... friendly whatsoever and each thing I ordered she rolled her eyes at me. I asked for a drink and she told me they don?t make themwhen it was on the menu, then when I told her that and she finally made it for me reluctantly. The food is good but the insideis very outdated and dusty, flys in the glass donut displays and just not a good time. Kids in the back running around withoutshoes and staff just sitting doing nothing in the back. The service has been bad the last several times I?ve been here. Shewouldn?t toast my bagel for me because she ?already turned it off? when there was still over 45 minutes till closing and staffis not trained whatsoever. Don?t recommend. Read more
Will not be going back! It is not the same since the new manager. It seems like they do not care about their business or the... workers. Very upsetting, the ceiling is falling apart and the floor isn?t in the best shape either. One of the workers juststands there and doesn?t help the other workers. I stood in line for 30 minutes just waiting to get a few donuts and they werebusy but the new worker was just standing there not doing a thing. Use to be my favorite place but has now lost its touch.
