Says ?open til 10 pm? showed up at 7:20 pm at the drive through. Waited 5 mins for someone to speak over the intercom, no one... did. Tried to call phones to see if they were closing, no one answered. All lights were on. Someone was behind the countercounting money but ignored us when we pulled up to the window. If they were closing early, that?s fine, no big deal, but atleast put signs up to notify people and turn some lights off. Read more
The staff are highly disrespectful and unprofessional. They act like thugs. The employees run all over management and decide for... themselves when they open and when they close. They refuse service to anyone who reports their conduct to upper management. Iwould highly recommend that you don?t eat at this awful excuse of a restaurant. Management seriously needs to clean house andfire all current staff. I have also wrote a report to DoorDash and a few other places. I will be pushing for them to take thisplace off of their apps. This Popeyes has great customer service. The chicken sandwich was unusually pretty. These people put some effort in their work.
I love popeyes, chicken was great as usual as well as their mashed potatoes with gravy. This specific location was out of... unsweetened tea (well I was able to get half a cup), their diet coke fountain drink was clear (bottle needed changed out), andmy red beans and rice was missing the rice, red beans were good though.
