Just there last night for the ?all you can eat? fish dinner with my golf group. Got seated immediately. Maybe 10 people in the... place. Sat for 10 min before we were even acknowledged. Finally got drinks and ordered appetizers. Took at least 20 min toget 2 appetizers. Then the fun started. Took forever to get our food which was the all you can eat special. When it finallycame, everything was Luke warm at best. Then to top it off, the hostess, who was most gracious, apologized on our way out andintroduced me to the owner. Waited over 30 minutes for drinks, finally went to bar and got them. Waited long enough for my husband to drink a beer and got... up to leave. They stopped us and were apologetic so we stayed. Service really did not improve much and they were not busy. Ifbusy I would understand better the poor service. The hostess was great! We were there over 2 hours & it wasn?t because we didn?t want the night to end! It was 15 min for our... server to get drink orders. Husband went to the bar to get his drinks. The fried green tomatoes took over 30 min & were onlydecent. We had fish tacos, blackened mahi, and steamed shrimp. The mahi had a good flavor but was VERY dry. The rice wasmush. I came here on a recommendation from some co-workers and was not disappointed. The food was great, the service was exceptional,... and the view of the lake was extraordinary!! Great weather helped out a ton. The Docks will definitely be on my come back listwhen I?m in town. Read more

This place doesn't look like much, but the food was amazing! The Ceasars salad had a good amount of shaved parmesan cheese and... prefect dressing; the Ribeye was tender and juicy (they cut their own meat on site); the garlic potatoes were creamy; the crabcakes had a wonderful burst of flavor from the aioli; the key lime pie was creamy but not as tangy as I would have liked. Ourserver Meg was attentive and chatty, sharing some of the local history. We sat outside and enjoyed the peaceful water while weate. We'll come back with friends. Update: went back with friends, this time we sat inside; the place was busy, and it was tooloud to be heard in conversation, so we moved to the front room; the staff was very accommodating with all our moving.
