I ordered more than $240 worth of food to be delivered at 12:45, and here it is 1:28 and I'm still waiting for the delivery... person. When I called to see where they are, I was told that my order was one of several being delivered, so multiple stops. Youwould think they6 would deliver the big order first. Cashier was friendly and attentive, restaurant was well-maintained and clean. Plenty of indoor and outdoor patio seating for... large groups and families. The pizza itself was pretty good as was the sauce, although I wish there was more of it consideringthe crust is so large (another good thing if you're a crust lover like me)! When you enter the restaurant, you order at thecounter and they give you a table number if you dine-in or shout your name for take-out. Where Barro's fell short for me wasthe kitchen. We placed our to-go order of cheese sticks (which apparently are NOT mozzarella sticks, just crust covered incheese btw-wish the cashier had clarified this but it's no biggie) and a large pizza. Pretty bread and butter order for a pizzajoint, so we figured it wouldn't be an issue. Over 10 minutes later, we're waiting inside the restaurant and a party of 8 walkin, order, and sit beside us. About 15 minutes go by and the table is brought numerous baskets of wings and other appetizers.This is fine, considering it's a different part of the kitchen being utilized for this other than our pizza and cheese sticks.20 minutes after, they are each digging into their first slice of pizza and two or three large pizzas are on their table. Ithought maybe we'd missed our name being called for takeout, but it wasn't. The cashier saw us approach and upon overhearingthem, they didn't know why our order wasn't out considering it'd been about 45 minutes for one large pizza and some cheesesticks. 10 minutes later, our pizza came out. I'm assuming the kitchen forgot about our order, but who knows. We never receivedan apology or discount and honestly, if we hadn't pre-paid for the pizza upon placing the order, I would have left upon hearingthe commotion that our pizza wasn't even being made yet. We were visiting from out of state. However, when we relocate in the winter, this will be our go-to pizza restaurant. The salad... we ordered was very fresh and tasty.
