Seriously the BEST ice cream I?ve ever had in my life. My fiancé is VERY particular about his food, especially his ice cream,... and even he rated it a 10/10!!! I got the fruity pebble one ( absolutely phenomenal ) and the pebbles stayed crunchy! My fiancégot the chocolate explosion one and it was just incredible. Great service too! Read more
I really hope someone reads these reviews with a goal of making changes to improve. This place has potential to be... outstanding. First, who does mot like ice cream when it is hot? And the unique way this is made is something we had notexperienced before. What a missed opportunity to not have fun with the customers while creating their flavors. I still don'tknow the process and how it all comes together. The staff there all were working with their heads down, no eye contact, andshowing little energy or enthusiasm. And all this in a show type counter designed to show off the nitro event. If only therewas a bit of customer interaction it could make it fun. And as many others have noted, this place is expensive.
